When, for example, you travel to northern Greece and reach Kavala, you will definitely make a gastronomic trip with kiltiritsia.<\/p>\n

Gastronomic trip to Kavala<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In Kavala, the influence of various peoples that passed through the area its obvious. In the lady of the north you will swim in blue, crystal clear beaches and will be hosted by the locals who will introduce you to the secrets of their place. A place with a rich history and many sights. Recipe for kiltiritsia from Kavala<\/strong><\/h3>\n

One of the favorites and traditional recipes you will try in Kavala is the kiltitsia. Until, however, you will be there, the chef Eleni Psychouli has the recipe you can use to make them by yourself.<\/p>\n

Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 kg minced beef
\n1 cup bulgur
\n400 g tomato, passed in grater
\n4 onions, passed by the grater
\n1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
\n1\/2 cup olive oil
\n2 teaspoons of paprika sweet
\n2 teaspoons sweet sugar
\nparsley for serving
\nsalt and pepper<\/p>\n

Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n

First, mix the minced meat in a bowl with the half quantity of the onions, half quantity of the paprika, the bulgur, the parsley, and the salt and pepper and together with 1\/2 cup of water. Then we grease our hands and make small meatballs the size of the walnut.<\/p>\n

We have a low and wide saucepan and we saut\u00e9 the remaining onion in olive oil. Finally, we add the tomato. We lower the heat and add the remaining paprika, sugar, salt, pepper, and 1 glass of water.<\/strong> Add the kiltiritsia to the pot, cover, and cook the food for 25 minutes.
