Syngrou Estate<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Extended in an area of 950 acres is located on the border of the Municipalities of Kifissia, Amarousi, and Melisia. The main entrance of Syngros Estate can be found on Kifisias Avenue, at the height of the KAT hospital. For the most part, about 700 acres, the Syngros Estate is covered by the Syngros Forest. \u039a\u03c4\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1 \u03a3\u03c5\u03b3\u03b3\u03c1\u03bf\u03cd<\/strong> It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful parks of Attica and at the same time one of the last natural forests.<\/p>\n

The Royal Estates in Tatoi are located just 25 km away from the center of Athens and are a nearby destination that makes you feel that you have left the city. The estate is essentially divided into three autonomous and self-contained units. The first is the Palace, the second is the Administrative, and finally the Village, or the Geo-farming unit.
