Near the ancient city of Athens, there are hidden gems that will surprise and delight you. Places that capture your heart with their beauty, and charm. Places that you will want to return to again and again. One of these places is Mylokopi Beach<\/strong>. A day trip to this beach will reward you with relaxation and refreshment. Mylokopi is a dazzling beach on the Corinthian Gulf, with turquoise waters and an exotic flair. Some even call it the Voidokilia of Loutraki, and it\u2019s easy to see why.<\/p>\n

\"Mylokopi<\/picture>Mylokopi<\/strong> is a twin beach in the Corinthian Gulf that is less than two hours away from Athens and many compare it to a small tropical paradise. Its feature is the sand with fine pebbles, its blue-green waters, and the fact that it is surrounded by a pine forest. That\u2019s what creates a unique scenery that you don\u2019t want to leave. You can easily locate on Google Maps<\/strong> <\/a>where the beach is and visit it as soon as you can.<\/p>\n

Basically, we are talking about the small Mylokopi and the big Mylokopi. That\u2019s why they call it a \u201ctwin\u201d exotic beach. Besides the beautiful sandy beach that Mylokopi has (small and large), it also has a wonderful seabed. If you love exploring it, don\u2019t forget to bring your mask with you and start discovering. Also, keep in mind that it is not an organized beach so you should have with you the essentials, mat, umbrella, and anything you may need to drink or eat. The sunset from Mylokopi is amazing so we suggest you have with you everything you may want.<\/p>\n

If you want to eat something more formal, you can head to the nearby Lake Vouliagmeni Loutraki and your choice will more than satisfy you.<\/p>\n

How to get to Mylokopi Beach

Access is very easy by car as the beach is very close to Loutraki. First, follow the provincial road Loutraki – Perachora<\/strong>, and before the village of Perachora, you will see the signs of Lake Vouliagmeni. From there you continue on the provincial road Perachora \u2013 Lake Vouliagmeni for about three kilometers. Before the turn to the lake, the sign that says Mylokopi Beach will guide you to paradise!<\/p>\n
