Of course, halloumi and sheftalies are on the main menu. The locals will tell you what you need to combine each wine with to feel its authentic taste.
Tip: Don’t leave the village of Lania out of your tour. It is 25 km from Limassol and it really stands out. There, you will see the old wine-press, the Museum of Storage of Koumandria and the old oil-press. In May, in fact, the women of the village open their courtyards and their homes to welcome visitors as part of the event “Lanes and courtyards of Lania”!
