What else does the decision say?
The decision points out the need for marking by the coast managers, in cases of unsuitability of the coast for swimming under the responsibility of the Local Government, so that after being informed by the competent Directorates of Environmental Hygiene and Sanitary Inspections to place prohibitory signs . The Port Authorities are requested to monitor these points so that the signs are placed in appropriate places and are not destroyed.
It should be noted that these measures are based on the results of sampling carried out during the previous and current bathing season by the competent Environmental Hygiene Services of the Regional Units of the Regions,as well as on the results of the monitoring program for the quality of the country's bathing coast waters, the Ministry of Environment and Energy. It is noted that this Decision is dynamic and amended on a case-by-case basis depending on the conditions of the bathing coasts.
