Materials for the dough

1/2 kg flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Water as it lifts

Ingredients for filling

1/2 kilo of myzithra ( fresh white cheese)
4 eggs
1/2 kilo of anthotyro (special cheese)
1-2 mint leaves
Sesame

Implementation

First you have to prepare the dough by mixing the ingredients and set aside for a while covered with a towel. Then in a bowl, mix the myzithra and the anthotyro, the eggs and the mint in a bowl.

Take the dough and open a leaf. Pressing the sheet with 1 cup or a glass, depending on the size you want your Lichnarakia, cut round pieces and on each put a teaspoon of the filling. Then close them by “pinching” the dough around.

If you want, you can cut the sheet into square pieces, place the filling and fold the four sides on it, leaving the center of each Lichnaraki visible. One way or another, place the deserts in a greased baking pan and brush them with egg.

If you want, for extra flavor, you can sprinkle them with some sesame seeds. Bake for about an hour in a medium oven.
