Οι καλύτερες παραλίες του Πηλίου είναι η Μυλοπόταμος στη Τσαγκαράδα με τον χαρακτηριστικό βράχο, η Φακίστρα με την άγρια ομορφιά της, η Παπά Νερό με την χρυσή άμμο, και το Χορευτό στην ανατολική πλευρά. Κάθε παραλία προσφέρει μοναδικές εμπειρίες για όλους τους επισκέπτες.

Η παραλία Μυλοπόταμος στη Τσαγκαράδα απέχει 7 χιλιόμετρα από τον κεντρικό δρόμο. Μπορείς να φτάσεις με αυτοκίνητο, αλλά προσοχή στις πολλές στροφές του δρόμου. Στο τέλος, θα πρέπει να κατηφορίσεις σκαλιά για να φτάσεις στην παραλία.

Η παραλία Παπά Νερό είναι η πλέον οργανωμένη ακτή του Πηλίου, με ομπρέλες, ξαπλώστρες, ναυαγοσώστη και κάμπινγκ στην περιοχή. Βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στο Νταμουχάρη και τον Άγιο Ιωάννη, στο παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό του Μουρεσίου.

Η παραλία Φακίστρα έχει ένα ξωκλήσι λαξευμένο μέσα στα βράχια και έναν καταρράκτη που συμπληρώνουν το σχεδόν εξωπραγματικό σκηνικό. Η άγρια ομορφιά της με τους κοφτερούς βράχους και τα καταγάλανα νερά την κάνει ιδιαίτερη και αξέχαστη.
